Fancy Canajoharie New York miniature Empire three drawer chest. Marked on the back and inside the top drawer: Peter VanEvera \"A Blind Man\" at Mapletown N.Y.

Has ripple moldings and an old crusty varnish surface with what appears to be the original mirror and backboard.\r\n\r\n\r\n(I have United States Federal Census info on him starting in 1850 when he was 16 through age 38 listing him as blind and his occupa
