E Norton & Co. Bennington Vt. 1883-1894 Stoneware Batter Jug E Norton & Co.Bennington Vermont bail handled batter jug. Very good overall condition with only very minor damage from use.
These batter jugs were made to be used every day and are seldom found in perfect condition as is the case with this one. The spout has an old glue repair and there are some minor chips that are not an issue. Guaranteed you won't be unhappy with this one.
Dimensions: Measures overall 9.5" tall X 7" across the base.

These are hard to find without any damage as they were made to be used daily. This one is in good condition with only a few minor chips mostly at the inside edge along the handle and an old repair along the top edge.
Dimensions: Measures 11 .75" tall and measures 7" across the base.

It's in overall very good condition with a small chip on the top edge as can be seen along with a small shrinkage line on one side at the very top edge that can also be seen on the inside and looks like a crack but is covered with glaze and is not an issue as it was done in the making. (The last two pictures show the inside and outside of the clay shrinkage)

Small Ovoid New York or New Jersey Blue Decorated Stoneware JarSmall size stoneware jar with blue decoration around handles and round blue circles on both sides.
Has a chip along top outer edge, a pop mark below one handle,a mark along one side where it touched another in the kiln and a hole in the bottom where it was used as a lamp. With that said it's a great little piece and wonderful size.

Very rare form. Little brown jugs do appear on the market but very rarely do the flower pots especially in this condition.

Unusual Bradshaw's Railroad Store Stoneware Jug With Blue Decoration Unusual stamped mark on decorated stoneware jug from Bradshaw's Railroad Store. Wonderful condition with only a minor flea bite on the outer edge of the top that is not an issue. Nice small size and most likely a New York or New England maker.
It's extremely rare to find a stoneware piece with reference to a Railroad.

D.Goodale was active in Hartford from 1818 through 1830. This small sized handled jug is in very good condition for it's age with no cracks and only a few chips along the top edge and a few along the base edge.
